Claims and Warranty

  • All items purchased from the online store have a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Goods that have been subject to any alteration or modification will lose their warranty.
  • In the event of a defect of goods purchased from the Vendor, the Customer is entitled to claim based on the Civil Code regulations on the statutory warranty. If the Customer is an Entrepreneur, the parties exclude liability for the statutory warranty.
  • The claim must be submitted by post or by email to the
    Vendor’s address specified in these Regulations.
  • It is recommended that the claim should include a brief description of the defect, the circumstances (including date) of its occurrence, the data of the Customer filing the claim and the request of the Customer in relation to the defect of the goods.
  • Original proof of purchase should be attached to the defective goods
  • The goods returned under the warranty claim procedure should be sent to the address of the Vendor;
  • Premium Stal will consider and respond to the claim immediately, and no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the claim.
